The idea behind Property Lease Manager came from Victor John Saliba, the developer of the platform and a landlord himself. Victor has served as a senior ICT lecturer at MCAST Gozo for over 15 years, teaching software development and software engineering, and has more than 10 years of full-stack development experience.
That combination of technical background and first-hand landlord experience shaped the platform's direction: practical rental management tools built around the real work landlords handle every day.
